Applying for a lease at a Mall or Shopping Centre requires the tenant to present a comprehensive proposal, incorporating a conceptual design, prior to granting a lease. This can be costly, considering it’s not a given that you will get the space you apply for.
We therefore have ‘template designs "for download":
R10 000,00 gives you immediate access to our library to download a ‘template’ of your choice, from the categories and styles available, which gives you between 3 and 5 x 3D photo realistic views of a ‘generic space’.
The library is added to on a regular basis however, if we don’t have what you are looking for, you may put in a request. Simply filling out the form, will give us access to your customized design needs.
Once the requested design is ready for download you will be notified, via email. A download link will be sent to you to access your design, within 3 working days. (T & C’s apply)
Once the download concept has been accepted by the Landlord, and you return to us for the completed set of working documents required for costing, contractor procurement, and construction we discount our total design fee, less what you paid for the download.
